I am the Founder and Lead Consultant of Global Eureka Business Solutions Inc., and for more than two decades, my work has been centered on one mission: helping people and organizations grow into their best possible versions. I partner with individuals, leaders, and teams to strengthen performance, deepen self-awareness, and create sustainable personal and professional success.
My background spans over 20 years of management experience across the public and private sectors, with a deep focus on people development, leadership performance, and organizational systems. I bring both strategic insight and practical application to every engagement.
Credentials and Professional Training
I am a Certified Personal and Executive Coach, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360), and certified in the administration of MBTI and MMTIC personality assessments. I am also a trained Facilitator and Assessor with N/CVQ Level 4 certification in Assessment and Internal Verification.
My training allows me to deliver programs that are rigorous, credible, and deeply impactful across leadership, education, and corporate environments.
