Following my introductory meeting with Georgia, she told me she saw a lady with great potential which was locked away inside. At first, I could not see what Georgia had observed.

But, as time went by and I completed my one on one sessions my confidence level had increased significantly. To confirm this, I had applied for an advertised post at my previous place of employment and was given the opportunity to complete an interview.

However, I was not the successful candidate. Then approximately two years later, the opportunity for the same position was available. This time, I was completing coaching sessions with Georgia.

I was again given the opportunity to be interviewed. Of note, the Human Officer who conducted the previous interview also conducted this interview. and at the end of the meeting, she said my confidence level had increased significantly and she can now say that I am ready for this position.

In summary, it all started with Georgia discovering my greatness and we devising a plan to unlock that greatness. I am truly grateful for Georgia as she was the reason my perspective of how I navigate life changed.
